Where Young Scholars Dive Deep Into Meaningful, Connected Learning

In our 3rd - 5th grade program, students are ready to step into their role as active learners and independent thinkers. With growing confidence in core academics, these young scholars explore complex project-based units that connect real-world learning to research, discovery, and collaboration. Through rigorous academics, hands-on exploration, and outdoor immersion, students develop critical thinking skills while building the independence, curiosity, and resilience that will serve them throughout their lives.

3rd - 5th Grade Quick Facts

Students engage in three comprehensive interdisciplinary project-based units each year, exploring science, social studies, and language arts through meaningful, integrated learning. Math develops as both a standalone subject and through differentiated instruction that meets each child's unique learning needs.

Families continue their partnership with us by extending learning at home, using teacher-provided curriculum and guidance to meet Montana's grade-level academic requirements.

A Curriculum That Connects Learning to Life

Learning becomes most powerful when it's relevant and purposeful. At Wild Wonders, students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades explore academic content through hands-on investigations, collaborative problem-solving, and real-world applications that spark curiosity and deepen understanding.
